This gyuto is forged from Apex Ultra carbon steel which has tungsten carbides in the composition for incredible edge holding ability. The forged texture and natural forged color has been left on the sides of the blade for added character and the bevels are belt finished.
The handle is stabilized maple burl with copper and a TurboGlow spacer that glows in the dark!
Comes with a raw poplar saya.
