This gyuto is forged from Magnacut stainless steel which is known for it’s high toughness and edge holding ability. The forged texture and natural forged color has been left on the sides of the blade for added character and the bevels have been hand finished for a nice clean look.

The handle is stabilized spalted birch with copper and trustone.

Comes with a raw poplar saya.
