This slicer has a blade forged in a beautiful mosaic damascus pattern using 1084 & 15N20 carbon steels. It is finished with a protective layer of food safe pure carnauba wax.

I left the edge straight on this one to make it a slicer but it could also be made into a bread knife by adding serrations, if you purchase this and want me to do that just let me know in the notes at checkout.

The handle is made using Gem Bronze, a unique alloy that grows a crystalline structure which you can see after polishing and etching. The wood portion is Ziricote.

Comes with a raw poplar saya.
