This double bevel slicer is perfect for proteins with a long and thin blade. It has a nice distal taper and a 50/50 edge. The mosaic damascus is carbon steel(1084 & 15N20) and is a very detailed pattern combined with bold linear areas. The handle is African blackwood and nickel silver.

Comes with a fitted raw poplar saya and a zippered carrying case.
